Cancellation Procedure: If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, they must send an email from the registered email-id to the company.

Fresh Booking After Cancellation: Booking after cancellation will be treated as a fresh booking for all purposes. Air Ticket Cancellation Charges:
Air ticket cancellation charges, along with deposit forfeit charges applicable under the rules of the concerned airline, are to be paid by the guest immediately.

Cancellation Reasons: Cancellation can occur due to various personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, death, court orders, tour cancellation by sharing partner, requiring single occupancy, etc.

Additional Expenses:
The company does not hold any responsibility for additional expenses incurred by guests in arrangements made by themselves relating to the tour. Indefinite Postponement/Cancellation:
If the tour is indefinitely postponed or canceled due to natural calamities, riots, political calamities, or any unforeseen calamities, no refund shall be payable. These terms and conditions provide clarity on the cancellation process, responsibilities of the guest, and the company's stance in various scenarios.
